Pricing, Taxes & Availability

Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (e.g., due to fraud concerns, limited availability, or errors). We begin processing quickly; change/cancel requests should be emailed to happy@zefriti.com and aren’t guaranteed once submitted.

Payment

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the full order total. We may place a pre-authorization and capture funds when the order ships.

Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery

• Shipping options, costs, and estimated timings are shown at checkout (estimates aren’t guarantees).
• Risk of loss transfers when the carrier marks the package delivered to your address.
• Ensure your address is correct; we aren’t responsible for delays or loss caused by address errors.

International Orders

• You’re responsible for customs, duties, taxes, brokerage, and import fees.
• Check your local import restrictions for food items before ordering.

Subscriptions (if applicable)

• Plans auto-renew until you cancel.

• The payment method on file will be charged each cycle.

Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

• Promo codes must be applied at checkout; they can’t be combined unless stated and have no cash value.
• Gift cards are redeemable only on the site, are not reloadable, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Treat like cash.

User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it for marketing and other lawful purposes. You confirm you own the rights and that your content doesn’t infringe or violate any law. We may remove content at our discretion.

Health & Allergen Notice

• Our products are for culinary use only. Information provided is general and not medical advice.
• Read ingredient lists carefully. Products may be made in facilities that also process allergens (e.g., nuts, sesame, soy, wheat). If you have allergies, consult your physician and use discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

No unlawful use; no IP infringement; no malware; no scraping or data mining; no attempts to bypass security; no resale without written permission.

Intellectual Property

All site content (text, designs, logos, graphics, photos, recipes, copy, and code) is owned by or licensed to Zefriti. Except with our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display or perform, transmit, distribute, license, sell, resell, rent, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, scrape, data-mine, frame/mirror, or otherwise use any part of the site or its content for any purpose—commercial or otherwise—beyond your own personal, non-commercial shopping use. You must not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices, or use our name, marks, trade dress, or content in meta tags, domain names, advertising keywords, or endorsements without written consent.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the site. Any use beyond this license is prohibited and will terminate your permission to use the site. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We aren’t responsible for third-party sites/services linked from ours. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zefriti and its affiliates won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zefriti and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site/products.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco have jurisdiction to hear any dispute, claim, or controversy relating to these Terms or your use of the site. If you are a consumer (as defined under Moroccan consumer-protection law), any mandatory rules granting you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence remain unaffected; any clause that deprives you of such statutory rights is of no effect.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., payment, IP, disclaimers, limitations, dispute provisions) will survive termination.

Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain effective.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce a right isn’t a waiver.
• Assignment: You can’t assign your rights without consent; we may assign these Terms.
• Entire agreement: These Terms plus referenced policies form the entire agreement.
• Electronic communications: You consent to receive documents and notices electronically.
